Stretching of a measure shortcut does not work for MuseScore
First of all thank you for a nice and useful product MuseScore v3.5!
Stretching of a measure shortcut "}" (neither "{") does not work for me. I tried both "[" or "]" and "sift-[' or "shift-]", because {/} = Sift-[/] on my keyboard.
I am using OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.0.13199, revision: 43c5553.
On the other hand using menu Format->Stretch->Increase/Decrease Stretch does work. I am using Russian translated version of MuseScore and menu options are translated here from Russian.
Please comment is it a bug or I am doing something wrong.

These shortcuts are known not to work on some keyboard configurations (e.g. AZERTY).
Simply redefine these shortcuts in your own way in Edit/Preferences/Shortcuts

Yes, maybe it was in Russian layout when I tried. However, redefining worded very well for me. Thank you very much!!
