PortAudio komplett leer

Hallo Zusammen,
meine PortAudio Einstellungen sind auf einmal komplett leer. Ich habe bereits neu gebootet und MS 3.5x komplett deinstalliert und neu installiert.
Hilft leider nichts :-(
Kennt jemand das Problem ?Im Forum habe ich nur alte 2.x Einträge gesehen.
