No audio at all after crash

I was exporting as an MP3 to send in for a project, when it was exporting musescore crashed. When I recovered the session there was no audio at all, I restarted audio and midi devices but nothing seems to work. I've double checked I have the default sound font as well but nothing is working. I want to avoid resetting to factory default cause I've changed so many settings. Also checked the synthesizer and there was no audio detected.
