I don't think you can vary the footer after a section break. If you really need this, you could consider making separate scores, each with a different footer per "section". Then export as PDF files, and reassemble into a single PDF file using software like PDFsam Basic (https://pdfsam.org/).

The Album feature may allow for this, once merged. Would be for MuseScore 4, so quite a while

Thanks for feedback. I have transcribed some (very) old song-books and look forward to publishing them as an album. So patience is needed, I understand!
