Recitation-tone

Merry Christmas, everyone! Hope you can find support from christmassongs these days!

Alla breve is sometimes used as ´recitation-tone´in liturgical music and I would like to put a whole sentence under an Alla Breve-note of that reason.

Could someone please tell me how to make a bunch of words stay under an Alla Breve note when I put in lyrics there? I´ve learnt how I can stretch the following eighth notes further to the right, but I can´t stop the words following them to the right.
