Change tuplet bracket preference from automatic to bracket?
Any way to make the standard tuplet bracket type to "Bracket" instead of "Auto" or "None" so that next time a tuplet is placed, the bracket is visible regardless, if it is filled with beamed notes or not?

Use menu item: Format -> Style -> Tuplets and set 'Bracket type' to your preference.
