Two measures take up an entire page and I am unable to decrease their size

Hi,

In my score, there are two measures that take up an entire page. In each of the separate parts there is a large amount of page space that I'm unable to remove as well. I'm not sure what the solution would be, but I want it so that those two measures aren't massively stretched out in the score and together with the rest of the music. It might have something to do with the design layout of the rehearsal marks, but even so, I would like all of the measures to be the same size, and to have them all line up neatly.
