Overly tight positioning of tablature staccato dots
Staccato dots are positioned exceedingly close above tablature fret numbers if the fret numbers are displayed on the top line of a tablature staff—definitely closer than the dot-to-note distance for notes on or above the treble clef's top line.
In contrast we have good staccato dot positioning for frets displayed on other tablature lines.

Here's another example with ukulele tablature, with even less distance between the dot and the fret number.

Aside: As a work-around, too bad a user can't Select All Similar: "String" for the articulations like with notes themselves and then offset en masse.
That raises another question: maybe articulations should be made filterable based upon the ChordRest/String information to which they are attached (such as [note pitch/string/duration]).

I too support greater specificity for selection filters. However I think the staccato dot positioning described should be fixed under the umbrella of engraving excellence, eliminating the need for a workaround.
That said, your suggestion of filter specificity would be useful in many situations ... but in this case alteration of tablature staccato dot y offsets may complicate pending/future editing. If I choose to move a parent note to a different tablature line then the resulting dot position would display too high and I'd need to reset the offset. The simplest tool for that would be Reset (Control/Command r) but it has the womp-effect of clearing all offsets, such as staff text, lyric positioning, etc.
REQUEST: What if Reset (Control/Command r) optionally offered an intermediary dialog showing all altered properties slated for reset. Then the user could tick which objects to include or exclude from the reset. Again, we have greater granularity for altering properties.
