Try the command line option -D xxx with xxx being the DPI value

Sorry for being a Computer idiot
I am a Mac User, If my DPI is 96, what command line i should input in the Terminal?
I have read the https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options#NAME and try -D, but i cant get the format right.
