My musecore start like this:

That means 2 starting paging and it saves it with this strange numbers. What can I do?

There's a change you have one of the side-by-side options checked in the View menu. The numbered name indicates that this score was recovered after a crash (and you chose to "restore session"). 'Save As' that score back to the actual filename and location it should be.
