Refund

I'm new around here. Sorry for the bad english, I went to test the pro plan and put my credit card in, it was 7 days free, but I'm not interested in using the service, I believe I forgot to turn off auto-renewal and I was charged for 1 year service at once on my credit card.

I live in Brazil and here 69 dollars is equivalent to 1/4 of a minimum wage and I am trying to cancel, but the email support is not responding to my request.

I've already been offered a 30% discount, but I'd really like the amount to be refunded to my credit card.

Could anyone here help me? Because email support doesn't work

As that linked FAQ tells you, no nobody here can help you because "here" is a place for users and contributors to discussion the notation software which is entirely free.
Nobody here has power to change a thing about something of that other site.
