Musescore 4 - notes getting selected on menu
I was working on the attached file using MuseScore 4.0.0.2087597014 Nightly. I was entering notes and I was having some trouble with the eighth note being selected in the menu. I couldn't get it unselected and select a quarter note.
I closed the program and opened the file again.
When I clicked the button to enter notes with the keyboard, notes were selected in the menu. A whole note was selected, I'm not sure why. Then, I picked a quarter note, I got the mac hourglass and the system crashed.
So, I'm stuck.

Mac or Windows? The error was on mac. Still create entry on Github?
Could you provide some details on that? Would they want an error log?

Windows 11, and no, I don't know. Clear steps to reproduce are more important though that any error logs

Support for the (released version of the) MuseScore editor is done here on musescore.org, and that only.
