How to import pdf document

I would like to transpose this piece from b flat to a flat.

How do I do it?

You can't truly convert a PDF to MuseScore. You can try File >Import PDF and a third-party web-based program will attempt to interpret your PDF-format score but mostly you are better off entering the notes into MuseScore yourself. You can either enter them exactly as they are and then use MuseScore transpose the piece (Tools >Transpose) or just transpose in your head and enter into Ab directly.

I tried the import and the result has only a few errors: the grace notes and the multi-bar rests mainly. This can easily be corrected.

One main problem with the PDF import is that it assumes that the key is the concert key - it doesn't recognize that it was written for a transposing B♭ clarinet/trumpet. It is therefore imported as a "voice" instrument in the key of G major, although the clarinet excerpt comes from a score in F major.
These are the steps for adjusting after the PDF import:

First check and correct all measures or notes.
If you are not using a PDF import, create a score for a B♭ clarinet and use the concert key of F major and ignore the next two steps 3 and 4 .
Then apply the clarinet/trumpet instrument. The key changes to A major, all notes go up two semitones.
Set the new concert key to F major to obtain the correct key (G maj) as in the PDF file.
Now select all notes (Ctrl+A) and use the down arrow key twice to bring them back to the correct pitch, as the transposing instrument was not recognized. Now everything should be as in the PDF file, suitable for clarinet or trumpet.
If everything then looks like in the PDF, use the transpose tool to change it to the desired concert pitch A♭ maj. The clarinet is then displayed in B♭ major. The notes are shifted upwards by three semitones.

I hope I have understood your request correctly and have not made a mistake in my description :-).
