help
I was writing some music when I noticed an error in the middle of the sheet music, which was a note with a wrong duration. I immediately fixed it, but instead of bringing the rest of the notes to the new position, the software added a pause. the problem is that I cannot delete it and the only way to fix it is to delete everything after the note I changed and write everything again.
How to avoid doing this?

thanks for the quick answer!
I've already tried but it won't let me delete it or copy the rest and switch it back...

Cut the stuff after the rest and past it onto the rest

ok, I did what you told me but i don't know why it doesn't let me paste, I tried with ctr+v and the option "paste".
well, I guess I'll just re-write all the stuff, not a big deal.
Thanks for your quick help!
have a good day
