Formating Title Frame in Parts
Hi, is there a way to change the height of the title frame for all of the parts at once? Right now I have to change the height for every part. I had made a mistake and had to generate all parts again and had to not only change the formatting/styles I had already done for the parts but also change the height of the title frame for each and every part again. I want more spacing between the title, part name, and composer/arranger.
Do have any suggestions? Thanks!

I can't think of a way to edit frames in all parts at once. But note, it should not normally be necessary to generate all parts again. Whatever problem you were trying to solve by doing that could probably have been handled a better way.
That said, here's one exception: this very problem can be solved by deleting these parts, getting the size you want for the frame in the score, then regenerating the parts. If you've already made style changes, just use Format / Save Style to save those and then Format / Load Style (followed by Format / Style, Apply to all parts) to restore them.
Also, though, it seems you've customized the positions/size of your title etc in ways that might be interfering with MuseScore's ability to sort this all out automatically. if you attach your actual score instead of just a picture, we can understand and assist better.

Thanks for your feedback Marc! Here is a score of the song I am working on now. I have not changed anything for the individual parts yet. This is from a template that I had made. The Format->Style suggestion works well. But I would like also like to add some part text on the top left, but added text in the parts dialog only changes the tab text/description. So I have to add text to every single instrument part manually.

I think your template could probably stand some improvement. For instance, if it had a larger title frame to begin with, things would work better. But I'm also confused, because this doesn't show the same arrangement of text in the frame as your image. Your image shows the title displaced; the score itself shows it at the top of the frame.
Anyhow, part names would normally be added automatically when you create the parts, and the score you attached does seem to show that. Are you saying you want to add more part text, but you want it the same in all parts?

Yes, this is a different piece, but the same basic idea. I didn't want to upload the whole piece due to copyright reasons. I had placed the title in the center manually, using the inspector, in order to make space for the instrument part name on the top left, which is quite long and overlaps the title. I want to add a second line to the part text as I had in the 1st screenshot. Can't do this, since I already generated the parts, I suppose. The name change from "Edit Parts->Part title" is only visible in the tab, but not in the "Instruments Parts name" text box on the upper left. I am picking the divisi parts apart from a booklet, so I will need to repeat this many times. "Are you saying you want to add more part text, but you want it the same in all parts?" Answer: The individual parts will have unique second line text for each part. So I want to add more part text, to which has already been generated.
Example:
already generated: High Eb Instruments Melody Part
text to be added as 2nd line: Eb Alto Sax, Eb Horn, Eb Clarinet

Since the concern is really just about the title frame, you could delete all but the first measure and eliminate any copyright concerns - not that posts to a support forum are likely to generate complaints in the first place.
Anyhow, instead of manually adjusting position of elements, doing your title positioning via style settings would allow those adjustments to carry forward into scores and parts. And then as mentioned, make the frame larger in the template too. If you set up your template appropriately you shouldn't need to do any of these sort of adjustments manually in each score or in each part.
As for adding text to each part, if you want different text for each part, I don't see how you could avoid needing to add that text for each part individually. Your first screenshot doesn't show multiple lines of text, though, so I'm still not sure what you mean.
