Musescore 4 does not start

I use the operating system Windows 7 x 64bit. I downloaded the installer package *.msi from musescore.org and installed Musescore 4. When I try to run the program, I get a message "The entry point to the procedure MFPutWaitingWorkItem is not found in the DLL MFPlat.DLL".
I uninstalled all the newly installed programs several times, downloaded the installer package again from the website and installed the program from it. And each time I got the well-known result "The entry point to the procedure MFPutWaitingWorkItem is not found in the DLL MFPlat.DLL".
I believe that MFPlat.DLL was corrupted in my case. How do I get an intact DLL? How do I run Musescore 4?
