file corrupted

hey guys every time I open my score, I get a message saying that the file is corrupted. I just hit ignore and I can still tinker with for a few minutes before the application just straight up closes. does anyone know what this means or how to fix it. I don't really want to start over again because I'm pretty far but does anyone else has this issue
