#643 Roman Numeral
After endless efforts, I can keep the sharp before the 6. It always drops down when I add the 4. Attached image is what I need. Thoughts? Thank you.

It doesn't work. I have read this again and again. It will not create the RN attached, which is a common notation.

Inversion notation using vertically aligned arabic numerals with accidentals such as 6#3, ie altered chord, is unsupported, workaround : create Figured bass text instead; or create separate text objects and manually nudge them into place.

I don't know who you are or how you became attached to this whole MuseScore project, but I just want to say that it is UNBELIEVABLE how responsive you - and this community generally - is to requests for support. As an old guy who has struggled over the years bouncing from Finale, Sibelius, Noteflight (and even Dorico), I am just overwhelmed with the breadth of what MuseScore can do and how easy it is. The only time I have had any "problem" with any aspect of something I wanted to accomplish was when I wanted to perform a very arcane task, and after looking harder - or connecting with the "community" - I found an easy way to do it. Thank you.

Yes the community here is miraculous. This link Donate is how I started. I went through the Finale monopoly too, Sibelius's quite fine to be frank.

That doesn't look like Roman numeral analysis at all to me (one clue - lack of any Roman numerals!), but rather figured bass. So are you sure you don't really mean that? This works as expected for me.

Nope. I created that in figured bass to allow someone to check it out. If you can do this in RN with a #6-4-3, I'd very much appreciate your showing me how. Every time I add the 3, the sharp drops down - as attached. Thank you.

This isn't supported currently in RNA, because I've never seen it done before, and so it wasn't anticipated in the design. Can you explain more about how you'd imagine this being used? Are you thinking perhaps of augmented sixth chords? I'm more accustomed to those being notated simply as Fr+6 or whatever. Is there a particular publisher that uses the notation as you are showing it? Can you also maybe link to an article that explains this particular style of notation?
