M4 not showing up in "Registered Games"
When I try to have M4 in the "Registered Games" tab, it won't show up. Do you think you can do something about it?

I know that, but Musescore 3 and Paint 3D show up, so I don't know what to think

Do you mean the Microsoft/Windows Store? There'a MuseScore 3.3.4 in the store, see #313298: MuseScore in Microsoft Store is outdated, still at 3.3.4; remove link on Download page

If you go to the registered games settings page, press "Add it!", and select Musescore. This only works if Musescore is open
