Alto Sax playing incorrect rhythm

When the alto plays a c to a c# the rhythm gets misplayed when further into the score. In the beginning, the rhythm is correct but the rhythm later doesn't play correctly at what appears to be a random point.
The top line shows the intended rhythm while the bottom line shows the rhythm actually being played.

I've tried deleting the measure and rewriting the rhythm and notes but the rhythm still gets played incorrectly. I've also tried restarting musescore 4. I've tried different rhythms but it still plays the rhythm incorrectly. MS Basic plays the rhythm correctly but Musesounds doesn't play it correctly I've tried everything I can think of but can't get it to play the rhythm correctly.
