corrupted file
I hate when this happen, idk y.
Sometimes when i close a project i cannot open it anymore due to this "Empy document" problem.
Can you help me with this and tell me how to solve

You can unzip a MuseScore .mscz file to obtain the .mscx file archived within.
In this case the .mscx file opened in MuseScore 4 without issue.
I saved it and here it is:
xilofono e corno-2.mscz
See if it works for you now.

Use a program like 7-Zip or WinRAR.
If you rename the file extension from .mscz to .zip your operating system might even have a built-in ability to unzip.
