Just take the existing rit. and modify it

It's not immediately obvious what to do:

1. Place the rit. on your score and leave it selected.
2. In the Properties panel, click the Appearance button
3. In the Properties panel, click the Text tab
4. In the Properties panel, edit the Beginning Text to molto rit. or poco rit.
