When play orchestral score with MuseScore4 ,It's stuttering and clicking,Why?How can I to do?

It's a pretty big score, and if you have Muse Sounds installed, that takes a lot of processing power. So make sure your CPU is fast enough and that you have enough RAM to handle it. But also, it may be that your system exhibits a mismatch system between your audio device and what MuseScore is being told about it. Find the settings for your audio device in your OS (often right-clicking the speaker icon would get you there) and change it from 48 to 44. kHz, or vice versa. If that doesn't help, a faster CPU and/or more RAM may be order. Or switch to MS Basic for large scores like this, in View / Playback setup.

Thanks so much，but the compunter has CPU i5-4590S @ 3.00GHz and RAM8.00 GB，Isn't that enough？

Should be, so it's probably the sample rate as I said.
