How do I make a custom metric modulation
I'm trying to write a drum piece similar to the one in Santeria by Sublime. The song has this metric modulation for its triplets and I was wondering if there is any way to do this in MuseScore 4

I've just 'discovered' this!
1. put in any metric modulation where you need it
2. highlight one note-head
3. go to properties, and scroll down to 'Text' and find 'Insert special characters'
4. swap your unwanted note-head for a new one
Returning to the score, it now plays back to reflect the change (though you might need to do the toggle 'Follow written tempo' workaround mentioned elsewhere)
