Cant access scores saved to the cloud

"Your score could not be opened. This score does not belong to this account. To access this score, make sure you are logged in to the desktop app with the account to which this score belongs."

For context, I changed the username to my account if that means anything. How do I fix this issue and access my score?

Try signing in with your old username. Most likely this will fail but you never know. If it does fail then you have to get in contact with the customer service and programming boys over at This here is, which I'm told is totally different (wink wink). They will know how to solve your sign in problem, and they might also include the "h" if need be.
