add fingering using phone or tablet?
From my desktop pc I can add fingering. Is it possible to add fingering from my android phone or my android tablet? If so, how do I do this?

No, again, and as mentioned, it's not possible to edit scores on device mobiles, only with MuseScore score-editing software which is completely free, and includes all the features.
The Pro account is relative to the score-sharing site, musescore.com. To sum: a current/free account lets you download onlu public domain pieces, while a pro account allows you to download copyrighted pieces too. Nothing less, nothing more.

There is no "Pro" version of the MuseScore software on any O/S.
MuseScore Pro is simply a paid level account with benefits over a free account.
