Help - notation

I've been attempting to reproduce a particular style of musical notation without success. I'm struggling to find a method that works. Can someone please kindly provide me some guidance? Thank you

It is just about possible that you might be able to do that with Musescore using note anchored lines, adjusting note head offsets, and probably setting some note heads to be invisible, but a) it would take a great deal of work, b) would be very fragile and probably require re-adjustment after any editing, c) would not play back as you might expect. As I don' t expect to use such notation myself, I leave it to you to experiment.

I think it would be much easier to do it with a pen on manuscript paper.
