decresc.
While copying (make more legible) a score for our choir I came upon a dynamics marking 'decresc.'
Since I could not find such a dynamics marking in Musescore I tried to edit the 'çresc.' marking but I could not figure out how to do this.

True, there is no 'decresc', but there is 'dim.' Diminuendo. Which depending on which language you are using, is the same.

I ended up using a hairpin instead :o)

And, for future reference (since I see you said that you already used a hairpin), if you want it to say "decresc." instead of "dim.", you can change the text on the Properties tab.
