Video playback support for both operating systems

Comrades, I have a strong request to all participants in the publication of issues on GitHub: if you attach videos to a comment or to an issue, first make sure that the video is available for viewing by the Windows operating system, or let the development team make sure that the attached video can be seen on all operating systems.
I very often come across the fact that the video recorded by the Mac operating system cannot be played back by the Windows operating system. Is it really possible to carry out some kind of optimization? By the way, note that Mac users can play videos recorded by both the Mac operating system and the Windows operating system.
It's possible, of course, that I'm doing something wrong, but the fact that I can't play a video recorded on a Mac user is valid (see the video)
