Bit of info about Laing
... and how MUCH sheet music (total) do you have to convert? Are we talking about 2 pages? Or 200? :-)

To attach an image, take a photo of a typical page of music and save it as a jpg. Then when replying here, click “choose a file” in the box you will see below.
What kind of music is it - songs, or purely instrumental? What instrument(s) and how many? Four-times great grandfather could go back a long way - mine was born in the 1760s.
Sixty-five pages is a lot to transcribe, not to mention arrange for uke if that’s what you want - it won’t be cheap. Go to “Support” at the top of this page and select “Services” to find a list of people who might be willing to do it.

Pressed the three dots and only comes up as "Mark as spam".

You should only see an "Edit" option when it is your own posting and you should only be able to mark as spam - but not edit - other people's postings.
