Figured bass above the staff option

AFAIK now, the only way to do this is manually, and that's really annoying. (Also, sometimes they revert to their initial positions after reopening the file. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to consistently reproduce the issue.)

After Finale's downfall, this single issue could be what deters many users from switching to Musescore.
