Playback not showing when fermata selected, cannot adjust fermata duration

When I select a fermata with Properties open, Playback does not appear, so Time Stretch is not an option (see screenshot); my objective is to change the duration of the fermata.

When I select a note with Properties open, Playback does appear. I have seen others show screenshots of their Playback with the Time Stretch option - which make me jealous! :)

Help please!

If it matters, I'm running OS: macOS 12.7, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.2-242570931, revision: 3130f97
