The Palettes won't play
During playback the Fortissimos won't transition back into their default noise. Furthermore, using an alternative method of clicking the icons and tabs such as an electronic sketch pad results in the selected highlighted but unable to be selected.

I'm afraid your question is not very clear.
If I've understood the first sentence correctly: Once you add a fff ("fortissimo") or any other dynamic level, it stays active until you enter a new dynamic symbol. This is the normal understanding in notation. Perhaps you want the sound to go very loud for just an instant, then to return to the previous dynamic level? If that's what you want, then try fp ("fortepiano") or sfz ("sforzando")
I do not understand your second sentence at all, at all. Sorry.

What I'm trying to say is I set a Fortissimo for two measures and a Rinforzando right after. Normally, when you play back the composition, it hit the r(Rinforzando) and the sound would adjust to normal. Instead, when the f(Fortissimo) plays, it plays permanently. Feels like a glitch or something with the sound. As for the second, I use a pad that attaches to my laptop, same goes with a wireless mouse. The program never had any issue with me using them until now, as whenever I go to click on something, it will highlight as if I did,, but nothing would happen. Hopefully that clears things up.

I'm unfamiliar with "rinforzando"? The other things that have "forzando" in the name (e.g., sfz "sforzando") generally mean play loudly and briefly, then suddenly drop the volume. I've never heard of this one.
Instead of using a symbol that may have no effect on playback (I don't know this, but your report appears to indicate that it does not), try using an actual dynamic symbol instead ... or in addition. Simply add a p or whatever.
