Or transpose it back to the original key.
If you are using score versioning, either locally or by uploading to musescore.com then revert your score to a previous version.
I've saved myself from frustration and data loss by placing my MSCZ folder in Dropbox which keeps automatic backup version history for 30 days. (You can buy versioning for up to a year.) As I said, I went to those earlier versions frequently, mostly after screwing up a score.

You don't need to pay anything to do this if you follow yonah_ag's suggestion: Each time you save the file, give it a new name. I use a date/time format for the name so that it includes time of save in the filename. (Easier to see that way, IMO)
