Desync With Drum Kits

I am currently writing a piece for a percussion choir, using drum kits for marching bass drum and marching tenor parts. However, when played, the playback consistently repeats single beats, causing a desync between the audio it should be playing, and the audio it's actually playing.

Below is a screenshot of the first four measures, and I've already found two desync spots. The green circles are the beats that are supposed to be played. The red circles are what's actually being played. Already by the end of these four measures, the blue indicator bar is two beats ahead of the actual audio.

Can anyone explain what could cause this? Maybe something with the drum kits? I haven't encountered any desync with any other instruments so far.
