"Unknown Error" when downloading Muse Sounds
Greetings! I am writing because every time I try to download Muse Woodwinds, it won't download. It says that it is downloading, but right when it gets to the very end it says "Unknown Error: Could not download "Muse Woodwinds." Other people seem to also have this problem but nobody seems to have a solution. I mainly write for concert band so this is kind of urgent. Help!

This might be worth a shot.
Open the HUB. Go to settings and turn off everything. You don't need it running all the time. Then quit the HUB. Shut down your computer. Not just a restart. After a minute, start it up again. Wait to see if you have any Notifications that need to be delt with. Then try to download Woodwinds again. If it works, don't forget to close the HUB. If it doesn't, Restart and go through it again.
On one computer, I had to delete the HUB, search for and delete any files anywhere on my SSD that had anything to do with the HUB, before I got it to work properly. That computer has been a bit of a problem anyway. But at least MU$ works well.
