Project text style setting for tempo does not work
Setting project settings under format > style > text styles > tempo to a specific font does not work, defaults to Edwin and as a result whenever a tempo element is added, using the properties window to change it to the desired font is required. I can upload logs or whatever as requested

In fact, there are two things. Texts such as Adagio, Lento etc. work: the choice of font made in text styles / Tempo is respected. For example, with Free Sans (vs. Edwin)
On the other hand, tempo markings, such as quarter note = 80, are not. Edwin appears first, you are right. However, I notice that if you click on the three dots (...) in front of Font, and do "Reset", the "Free Sans" font (I had chosen) is updated. This looks like a bug indeed, but I confess I don't know what's really intended here.

I found it. It's a bug, already reported, for a long time (2022...) , but which seems to be at a standstill: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/13377
When the issue is classified in "MuseScore Studio Backlog" with a status of "Some release after that"... it means that it has very little chance of being fixed quickly...
