crash 0.9.4 crash on vista
0.9.4 consistently crashes when adding a note without first selecting the note duration.
to reproduce:
1) create a new score
2) press N (enter input mode)
3) click on the blue square: nothing happens (instead of adding a note)
4) click again: crash
if after (2) you do select a note duration (clicking on via the shortcuts) the note is correctly added to the score
otherwise the product looks very good, I'm looking forward to a usable version.

This is a known bug issue and fixed in the latest code for the next release. See 9.feb in the ChangeLog for details.

I experienced the same crash today, may 24) when trying out 0.9.4 on vista. Is there anything I can do to make it work. I find Musescore higly intuitive ande useful.

@teveddelig The latest windows prerelease will have this crash fixed. See http://prereleases.musescore.org/windows and the rxxx with the highest number is the most recent prerelease.
Before you download and install the prerelease, backup your work and uninstall your current 0.9.4 version. If you encounter other crashes, don't hesitate to report.
