Is it possible to insert a footer on every page with the title and pagenumer with the total number of pages and other info?

The page number is automatically added from page 2. You can check Style -> Edit Global Style->Number to change this behavior. You can use a copyright text to appear as footer on every page(Create -> Text -> Copyright)
There is no way to include the total number of pages dynamically.

The only problem with the copyright is that it appears on the bottom of every single page, but I would only like it to appear at the bottom of the first. I can make it invisible on the other pages, but that setting isn't held, and it will be visible the next time I open the score.

Then don't use copyright but a simple staff text or an horizontal frame.

That work-around is fine, but it's a persistent bug that something marked invisible doesn't stay invisible after a close/reload.
