Programs and updates, which do I need?
I recently installed the update for 2.0.2. Now, I'm wondering if I should still keep 2.0.1, or should I delete it? If I delete it, would that wreck the program on my computer?

As far as I know, 2.0.2 should have replaced 2.0.1. Are you really finding 2.0.1 still present?

when I look at downloads, I still see 2.0.1 and 2.0.2.

After installation you can delete both downloads

The file in your Downloads folder is not the program itself. This is just the "installer" - the program that causes MuseScore to be installed. The program itself is installed elsewhere; details depend on your particular OS. After installing a program - not just MuseScore, but *any* program - the installer's job is done. So you can actually safely delete *both* installers now, as well as any other installers for other programs you see in that folder (eg, on Windows, file with the extension MSI).
