On Fire Transcription
This is a piece written by the band Switchfoot. I based most of the transcription off of their released publication for the piano for their album "The Beautiful Letdown." Mostly I just took what existed on their publication and reshaped it to better capture the sound created by the full band and fix it onto one instrument.

I'm glad you liked it, I really enjoyed making it, and I have a couple more in mind that I'd like to do.
Here's an updated version. Please disreguard the others. I decided that if I wanted to be able to legally claim my work, then I might want to put a copyright on it. You can print copies and share it with your friends or whatever you intend to do with it. All I ask is that you leave the credit to the rightful owner. Thanks!

Thank you! That so much better captures the idea I was trying to go for. Is there any way I can find those symbols on MuseScore to edit my work or should I just simply copy and paste them into the file?
In reply to Thank you! That so much by rj45
The symbols aren't in MuseScore but if you save the image you can drag the file onto your score and it will appear on the page. You can also write it as plain text, e.g. "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License."

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the significance of the "3.0"?
In reply to Forgive my ignorance, but by rj45
It is the version of the license. Apparently they have revised the license three times. You can read the full legal wording if you want to compare:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/legalcode
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/1.0/legalcode
I don't know the details of what changed. Presumably the revisions are intended to make the license work better around the world, and hold in court.
