There is no3/2 time signature.

After building the 3/2 time signature, it was in the "Create" pallet but not in the time signature pallet. I was able to re-open the "Create" pallet and drag it, so my need is satisfied.
However, I suggest that the created signature should appear on the desktop pallet.
