Start Center
Hi, I have had Musescore for a long time now, and it has worked perfectly. Once I updated to Musescore 2, however, the start center and the edit instruments pages will not appear, and because they won't, it will not allow me to click on my actual score once the tab has been clicked on. I have re-installed numerous times, and this is really annoying, because I cannot edit my instruments. Please help!

The start center is new for MuseScore 2.0, and is not really needed for anything - it is just a convenience. The Edit / Instruments dialog is important, of course. Are you saying you go to the Edit menu, click Instruments, and the dialog does not appear? I am confused, because then you also say you cannot click on your score, but I don't see what that has to do with the Edit / Instruments dialog. Perhaps the Edit / Instruments dialog is appearing but mostly offscreen so you can't see it?
In any case, try following the instructions in the Handbook under "Revert to factory settings" to see if that restores things to normal. If not, please say what OS you are on and then give precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem you are seeing.
The MuseScore Connect window you probably refer to has been removed in version 2.
As for the edit instruments, I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. Could you elaborate?
By edit instruments, whenever I have finished creating my score, and let's say that I need to add an instrument to the score. So I will Co to the edit tab, and click on instruments. The window doesn't pop up, and it won't let me click back on my score. I have to actually close out of Musescore all together to get a response from the score window.

I'd guess it opened the dialog, but in a section of the screen you can't access, because once you had a 2nd screen and moved the dialog there, and currently that 2nd screen is not connected.
Factory reset is the easiest way out.
