1. Why is created a space before and after the Bemolle at the chord line ?
2. If I want to cancel one note/rest and move all other notes of some measures to the left –
Is there an easy way to do it ?

What version of MuseScore, what OS, can you share the score?

I looked at it with MuseScore 2.0.3 on Windoes 7 and see this:
Is it a scopre imported from 1.x and using the old chord style? Od did you enter the flat from the sysmbols Palette rather then just entering a b and let MuseScore convert it?
When I see https://musescore.org/en/node/102751, I get the suspicion you're using a chord style file

No,no - I used Ctrl+K and entered the b.
I also noticed that same problem apears when I enter Transifex :
Something with Unicode standard (?)
Upload the score from home page of Musescore.

This seems to be a problem with some fonts indeed. Which are you using? I believe FreeSerif doesn't have that problem
Right – I used Times New Roman.
With FreeSerif it apears correctly, with Arial Unicode Ms as well.
