A keyboard shortcut for moving the cursor to the same beat on another stave

Basically what we are looking for is a quick and easy way to move the cursor up/down staves without having to leave edit mode and without having to grab your mouse and add a note to a different stave. (You might not want to add a note in the first place.)

I certainly support the addition of this feature.
It would be a godsend to anyone working in open score.
Perhaps the keyboard shortcut could be shift-command-arrow key? I don't believe that does anything currently.

That's shift-ctrl-arrow key for those not on the Macintosh platform.

My preference would go out to alt+arrow key as this shortcut might become more common than the current use of alt+arrow key.

Agreed. But as long as it is customizable, I can't say I care that much.
