Apply staff text to all staves?
Hello! I am working with a full orchestra score, and I would like to put in a ritardando that applies to all the parts. I don't see any way to do it besides adding a rit. as staff text to each part individually. Is there a way to apply staff text (and even other things like fermatas, sezuras, etc.) to all parts at once? Thanks in advance!

That's what "system text" (Shift-Ctrl-T) is for. No way to do this for anything but text, but do note that fermatas and most other markings can be applied to many notes at once. Just select all the notes you want to apply to (ctrl-click each individually, or whatever the Mac equivalent is) then double click the symbol in the palette.

Thanks! Do you know if the rehearsal marks do this by default?

Yes, they do. So does "Tempo Text", and the various repeat markings including codas, segnos, voltas (repeat endings), etc.
