Transpose second volta one octave higher
Dear all
I'm transcribing a song and the second volta is the same as the first volta, but one octave higher. In the original score, you just read a text that says that the melody must be transposed by one octave.
Is it possible to tell musescore to play the second volta by transposing it an octave higher?

Add an octava line, possibly make it invisible if you were to adjust to volta text to include this info.

Either I didn't understood what are you meaning or I don't find the option you mean.
Here is what I tried:
Write the score until the first volta, then put the second volta. On the second volta, I tried to add the octava line, but this will only affect the end of that volta. The rest of the volta will be played the same as the first volta. Futhermore, I didn't found a way of making the octava line invisible.
Anyway, this is what I want:

It seems that is only possible for the notation, but the playback won't be affected. At the end, I just write the first volta, then copied and pasted it afterwards and moved it one octave higher.
Since my objective for this is only for listening to it, then watch the printed score, for me it is OK this way.

Ah yes, the answer there still holds true.
You can get it visually, but not in playback. So for listening you indeed have to copy-paste the whole section and apply the transposition.
You can hide any element by selecting it and then use the shortcut V or uncheck the
Visibleproperty in the Inspector (F8)
