Drums Question
Hi;
I don't want to add drums per se to my scores; however, I need to add finger snaps, claps and foot stomps (for flamenco) on a few and thought perhaps drums would be best. But I can't figure out how to add drum "notes" to the score (for unpitched drums). Please advise.
TIA,
Beno

Here 5s the handb662 entry--

There are also a couple of video tutorials on the subject - you can find links to these at the bottom of the handbook page.
If you're still stuck after looking at all this come back here and I or someone else will try to sort you out.

Use a single line of percussion for hand and fingers and a single line for feet. Put the note above the line for finger snap, on the line for loud clap (I've forgotten the technical name for this but it is something like palmas fortas), below the line for soft clap (palmas sord). Not sure which play back will work best it is a matter of experiment.
