Cannot access my scores
On opening MS2 message: Update Available - Click OK (have done many times and it's worked ok) now get message: Not Responding.
If I click ok the blue circle just constantly turns, if I red X I have a choice of Close Prog or Wait for the prog to respond. Which it doesn't even if I leave it an hour or more.
Also had a message: Last session closed unexpectedly. Update available box shows no content so therefore still can't click on anything.
I recently had a problem with desktop where all of my files were 'lost' but system was reset to an earlier date and all seemed fine until I tried to open MS.
Am concerned that I will lose everything if I have to reset.
I'm no great techi but any help would be appreciated.

If on Linux
This menu option is only available in the Mac and Windows versions of MuseScore, as those can be updated directly from MuseScore.org. Linux distributions have different mechanisms to make updates available.

Thanks. Tried to do this but as I couldn't get rid of the Updated available box, I couldn't click on help. Have resolved now by upgrading system.
Which version of MuseScore ? 2.0.3 is the latest for Windows, 2.0.3.1 the latest for Mac, Linux should not offer automatic updates.
You can get the latest versions directly from https://musescore.org/en/download and upgrading would not lose and existing scores.

Previously tried an upgrade and it didn't work but I've used your link and now managed to get it done this time. Thank you.
