how do you put allegro at the start of a song

Put in the tempo (such as quarter = 190). Select the tempo and in the inspector change remove the check from follow tempo (the box below it will have the tempo based upon a quarter note). Double click the tempo and change it to Allegro (delete everything else if you want).
